Our Mission

Our senior management are certified accountants that started the Company initially to be utilised by their own clients. Since then, we’ve grown from strength to strength, with a turnover of c. £80 million and have paid over 320,000 payments made to subcontractors.


With over 50 years of experience in the accountancy and tax profession; we found ourselves ideally placed to advise our clients on how to remove the risks involved in assessing employment status and engaging self-employed subcontractors.


We place ourselves between our client and HMRC; taking away the burden of administering the complex Construction Industry Scheme. We also provide solutions for employing individuals that do not meet the criteria of being self-employed.
