Using Riddingtons as your subcontracted Labour Provider means we take over all of the administration and compliance work that comes with engaging a sub-contracted workforce.

We liaise with HMRC, reporting the monthly payments and tax deducted on each individual, whilst also paying over the tax due on these deductions to HMRC.

The only requirement for you is to simply report Riddingtons on your monthly CIS Returns with the gross payment made.

For each subcontractor placed with us, we will provide the following: 

• A full employment status review
• Verify the subcontractor with HMRC to ensure we apply the correct tax treatment
• Calculate their pay and making the payment on your current pay dates, minimising disruption
• Send an SMS message to each operative to notify them of their net pay and on what day the payment will be made to them.
• Issue weekly Pay Notification Statements along with an annual CIS deduction statement.
